| A 60m2 semi-detached villa facing the back and not the road. Located 500 m from the beach, it has a nice 25m 2 covered terrace with a table and garden chairs. The inside is charming, especially with its large lounge where there is a sofa, cane armchairs, a television and an upright folding double bed for two extra people. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric oven, a microwave oven, gas and electric hotplates, a sink, kitchen utensils and crockery. The villa has also a washing machine. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe. One has a double bed and the other two single beds. The bathroom consists of a sink and a shower- the lavatory being separate. The villa caters for 2 to 6 people. |
