| DESCRIPTION |
| A 60m² two-room wooden villa with a traditional style designed by an architect - located 500 m from the beach - enjoys a view of the sea. In the lounge, there is a sofa, a table, chairs and two stow-away beds and in the bedroom, a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom only consists of a shower – the lavatory being separate. The nice furniture is of wood and cane. Two terraces - one measuring 25m² with sea-view. The independent kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchen utensils and crockery. Although without air -conditioning, the villa is very cool due to its geographical position – on the heights of the Domaine – and the numerous louvred shutters. For moments’ relaxation, at the back of the villa, there is a 4.20m by 3.20m equipped hydrotherapy swimming pool that conforms to safety standards and deckchairs. It is an ideal place for a couple with or without children. |
