| DESCRIPTION |
| A 70 m² single-level villa located 200m from the beach and 10m from our office. The lounge and the kitchen face the road and the bedrooms the garden. The lounge - including a sofa bed, a table, chairs and a television - faces an equipped kitchen ( cooker, oven, refrigerator / freezer, kitchen utensils and crockery). In the two air-conditioned bedrooms, there is a single bed and storage units. One bedroom has a bathroom en suite – a shower and lavatory. The villa has two terraces – one facing the road but separated by hedges and the other at the back facing the garden. Moreover, outside there is a shower and a barbecue. |
