| DESCRIPTION |
| A 90 m2 villa – detached house – located 200m from the beach and 30m from our office at the end of a dead end. The area is calm. On the ground floor, the lounge includes a sofa bed, a table, chairs and a television. The independent kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator / freezer, a coffee machine, cupboards and kitchen crockery. The two bedrooms - with a bathroom en suite consisting of a shower and lavatory - are air-conditioned. Each has a double bed and storage units. On the mezzanine floor – equipped with a ventilator – there are two extra single beds. The villa enjoys a covered terrace and a garden with a table, garden chairs and deckchairs. There is also an exterior shower. |
