| DESCRIPTION |
| A single-level 70m2 villa located 200 m from the beach and 10 m from our office. The villa enjoys two terraces, one facing the road but separated by hedges and the other facing the garden. The lounge and kitchen face the road whereas the bedrooms face the garden. The lounge - looking into the kitchen - has a sofa bed, a table, chairs and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, kitchen utensils and crockery. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned and one has a bathroom en suite – consisting of a shower and lavatory. Both bedrooms have a double bed and storage units. One can rent the villa with an extra small bedroom for children. In this case, the bedroom has two single beds and a ventilator. There is also a shower outside and a barbecue. |
