| A luxury split-level three-storied villa with a private swimming pool measuring 10 m by 5 m and a
40 m2 teak terrace. It is located at the Domaine de Belfond, 400 m from Pointe Marin beach (Mediterranean Club). Situated at the end of a dead end, the area is very peaceful.
On the ground floor: The main room consists of lounge with a large screen television.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, a big refrigerator and a big freezer. The bathroom consists of a shower and lavatory. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a covered terrace, a large private swimming pool and a laundry with a washing machine.
On the upper floor: There is a large air-conditioned bedroom with a ‘king size’ double bed (200 by 200) and a single bed. There is also a bathroom consisting of a bath and lavatory.
The villa caters for maximum 7 people. |
