| DESCRIPTION |
| Two split-level four-room villas - with a separate entrance - linked together with a studio apartment. Located in the housing estate ‘Les Hauts de Beauregard’, on the way to Saline, about 1.5 km from the centre of Sainte-Anne. Each villa enjoys its own private swimming pool and covered terrace on the ground floor. The studio apartment can communicate with one of the villas in order to add an extra room.
On the ground floor: The main room has a sofa bed, a telephone and a television with ‘Canal Satellite’.
There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a dishwasher. The bathroom consists of a shower and lavatory.
The upper floor: There are three air-conditioned bedrooms - each having a television. The bathroom consists of a bath equipped balneotherapy and a lavatory. There is also a laundry with a washing machine.
The fourth room: It is actually a studio apartment consisting of a covered terrace, a main room with air-conditioning, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and also a television. |
