| DESCRIPTION |
| A 110 m2 villa located 300 m from the beach and 600 m from our office (next to Villa François). It enjoys a garden and two terraces – one 15 m2 the other 40 m2. There are chairs and a garden table. The villa has a lounge consisting of a single sofa bed, armchairs, a table, chairs, a television, and a card-phone. The lounge faces the open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, an oven, a cooker, cupboards, kitchen utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry with a washing machine. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned and they have a wardrobe. Two have a double bed and the other one a single bed. There are two bathrooms consisting of a shower and lavatory. On the ground floor, there is a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a lavatory with a washbasin. There is an extra shower outside. |
